When will MealCart launch in my city?
We are currently focusing on major cities in Bangladesh: Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Rajshahi, and Sylhet. Join our waitlist to be notified about launches in your area.
How much will food cost on MealCart?
Prices are determined by food producers based on market rates. Because MealCart charges lower commission rates (10-15%) compared to traditional platforms, and facilitates bulk purchases, organizations can expect significant savings.
How do you ensure food safety and quality?
Food producers must list accurate shelf-life information. Shelf-life is strictly managed in our system, and violations are addressed immediately. We also verify producer credentials before onboarding.
Can I place an order as an individual?
Yes! While our primary focus is organizations and feeding initiatives, we also welcome generous individuals aged 25-50 who want to support feeding initiatives or their communities. Minimum order quantities apply.
How is MealCart environmentally friendly?
We use specialized electric vehicles for food transport, reducing carbon emissions compared to traditional delivery methods. Additionally, redirecting surplus food prevents methane emissions from landfills.
